Gala Field
There has been a few reports of a ghostly sighiting of a WWII aircraft landing in the field that is known mainly to locals as the "Gala Field". Historic reports have shown that an aircraft did make an emergency landing at this site.

Blakewood House
It is reported the sight of a long forgotten demolished building infrequently materialises on the hill. It was argued to be the site of several chilling murders, which was burned to the ground by locals after the discovery of human remains. To this day there are occasional reports of a burning home upon the hill, which to surprised policemen on arrival does not even exist. All that remains is an Oak tree.
The Old Angel Inn
People have seen a horse and rider in the fields at the back, along with the sounds (late at night) outside of ladies laughing, coach doors slamming, and footsteps. Strange noises are heard by back door like the latch lifting, yet the security lights do not come on. It is said someone felt a presence touch them on the back by the living room door and heard someone say "excuse me".
The Guys Head
At the top of the hill where coaches and their passengers stopped overnight on their journeys. It is believed that some passengers never got back on their coaches the next day. These missing passengers (usually wenches) were robbed, murdered and their bodies were stored in the outhouse half a mile down the hill.
